Refunds & Returns

Every shirt is printed on demand, just for you, after you order. Because nothing is made until you buy it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or buyer's remorse. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If something is wrong

We'll make it right if the product is defective, misprinted, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Email us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free reprint or a refund.

Wrong address / unclaimed

If an order is returned because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we can reship it (you cover reshipping) or refund it minus the original fulfillment cost.

How to reach us

Email hello@rokoshirt.com with your order email and a photo of the problem. A human — who, for legal reasons, still exists — will respond.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
